Last updated: 20th July 2026

This policy explains how Vitruviani LLC ("Vitruviani," "we") handles personal data collected through vitruviani.com and related booking and contact channels.

Data controller. Vitruviani LLC, a Wyoming (USA) limited liability company, administered from Finland. Contact: contact@vitruviani.com.

1. What We Collect

- Information you provide: name, email address, phone number, practice or company name, and the content of your message when you contact us, book a consultation, or subscribe to communications.

- Usage data: pages visited, referring site, browser and device type, approximate location derived from IP address, collected through cookies and analytics tools described below.

- Transaction data: if you purchase through this site, order details are processed by our e-commerce provider. We do not receive or store full payment card numbers.

We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18, and this website is directed at business audiences.

2. Why we process it and on what legal basis

- Responding to inquiries and providing requested services — performance of a contract or steps prior to one (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).

- Sending communications you have requested, such as newsletters — consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), withdrawable at any time via the unsubscribe link.

- Understanding how the website is used and improving it — legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)), and consent where required for analytics cookies.

- Complying with legal obligations — Art. 6(1)(c).

3. Service providers

We share personal data only with providers that support the operation of this website and business, under their respective data processing terms:

  • Squarespace (website hosting and forms)

  • Google Analytics (website analytics)

  • Setmore (consultation booking)

  • Zoho Mail (email)

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for third-party advertising. Data may be disclosed where required by law.

4. Cookies

This site uses necessary cookies for core functionality and, with your consent, analytics cookies. You can manage preferences through the cookie banner or your browser settings. Analytics data is used in aggregate to understand site performance.

5. International transfers

Vitruviani operates from Finland and uses US-based service providers, so data may be transferred between the EU/EEA and the United States. Where GDPR applies, transfers rely on the providers' standard contractual clauses or their participation in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

6. Retention

Inquiry and correspondence data is kept for as long as needed to handle the matter and for a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping, then deleted. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is retained per the provider's standard retention settings.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. EU/EEA residents may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in Finland, the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman). Residents of US states with privacy laws may have similar rights under those laws. To exercise any right, email contact@vitruviani.com; we respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. The current version, with its date, is always available on this page.
